Responsibilities:

Support and control our contract manufacturer (China and Thailand) cost and spending, support our business partner perform cost reduction. Include and no limited to below jobs:

? CM standard cost change review.
? PE spending review.
? Chip overhead capitalization.
? CM audit (cycle count, operation process and so on).
? Finance month close.
? Monthly forecast and bridge analysis.
? Internal and external audit supporting.
? Management team temporary requirement supporting.



 
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
? At least 7 years finance analysis related experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
? Good oral English communication skills
? Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
? Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good team work spirit
? Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is plus
