Advanced Specialist Site Logistics Planning

Corporate Division Strategy & Logistics Division,

located in Shenyang/China Employment – full time

Tasks

• To ensure the proper implementation of Hazard waste disposal in the complied way
• To ensure the external service provider perform in the most cost efficient way
• To ensure the proper receiving, storage, and issuing for the Oil & chemical parts
• To ensure the proper implementation for maintenance spare parts

Key Responsibilities

•  Realization of tender negotiations and contract negotiations as well as contract design for logistic services, including comprehensive knowledge, design and application of the international contract law
•  External service providers performance monitoring and improvement plan
•  Ensure all frame contracts valid for daily operation (supplier qualification, special licenses, contract extension, re-tendering, etc.)
•  Empty container management which includes capacity planning, processes planning, layout planning, KPI setting)
•  Waste disposal process planning, tendering, performance monitoring, KPI setting which includes, Hazard waste, Production waste, general waste
•  Planning of Non-series material process from warehouse to deliver point of technology and continuously improvement
•  material flow and route train planning

Qualifications

•  Master degree or above, Major in Engineering, Machining, or Logistics is preferred
•  Realization of tender negotiations and contract negotiations as well as contract design for logistic services, including comprehensive knowledge, design and application of the international contract law
•  Profound knowledge in the field of logistics and supply chain management in the automotive industry, or knowledge in the field of environmental protection and related laws
•  Jobs self-initiative and great sense of responsibility and cost awareness
•  Self-confident manner with internal and external relations
•  Proficiency with the processes of government affairs
•  Skills with Auto CAD, MS-office especially for Visio
•  Competency of managing contracts, tendering, supplier management
•  Proficient English, German would be an advantage
•  Background in JV or foreign company production related field, 4-6 Years
•  Experience with logistics in automotive industry or government affairs, 4-6 Years
