crazybaby is an audio Geek and international brand. Our products have been shipped more than 120 countries. crazybaby is a hardware designing team comprised with designers and geeks. The team is dedicated to the design, production and sales of audio equipment and peripheral products of the brand. It also provides software services compatible with the hardware equipment. Our aim is to create smart devices capable of linking human emotions and future technologies, and to invent a brand new digital life-style. We hold dear to the belief of creating design-driven products, as we believe that every single product detail is derived from countless trials over design methodology. We embrace bold and interesting product concept, unique and high-end technology, and elegant industrial design with futuristic style.

We are now aiming to find a caliber who is passionate on audio products and have passion in sales. Responsibility will be reporting to the Head of Sales, the incumbent is responsible for the development and management of the Company's sales and related activities globally. He/she will develop new customers globally and implement short and long term strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives to be in line with company goals, budgets and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for planning, directing and controlling of sales related activities to achieve financial targets
Prepare annual sales forecast plan globally and meet target plan and customers
Work closely with procurement, production, supply chain to develop new products and market
Implement Key Account Management process and follow through to completion
Negotiate pricing with customers and benchmark market pricing
Jointly with marketing, organize and attend show overseas annually

Requirements:
University degree in sales and marketing or related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years hands on experience in key account management, sales operation and business development
Experience in international consumer electronic sales experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skill, articulation skill and communication skill
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferable
