我们正在聘请一位助理经理来建立、开发和监督我们的团队。其职位需向副总裁报告，并与总经理及行政级别人员有经常接触。理想的申请人必须能够在节奏明快和具有挑战性下的环境工作，并能够快速灵活地适应变化。



职位描述：
1) 支援其他部门并与其保持良好沟通，以提高公司盈利机会和实现收入目标

2) 有效地处理交易账户、交易平台和技术支援等查询/反馈

3) 培养和建立高性能团队，以此来应对不同的工作挑战

4) 为部门和员工制定战略和方向及相关培训

5) 执行工作分配和协调员工覆盖

6) 制定和实施流程和程序

7) 了解业务需求，积极处理业务发展思路

8) 落实公司的倡议

9) 为团队成员进行期中及年度评估

10) 对高级管理层提出有关业务线的检视及其可见性

11) 指导团队中的员工，以保持部门顺利运作，鼓励员工间的沟通和意见表达



任职资格：

1) 至少三年的管理经验

2) 拥有领导团队的管理和监督经验

3) 拥有金融业知识

4) 能够激励员工

5) 以往担当过前线部门的职位

6) 能自动自觉，并拥有同时处理多项任务的能力，在压力和短期限内完成工作

7) 拥有排解疑难的能力及决策力

8) 有能力简化流程或程序以此提高效率

9) 有跟政级或管理人员报告和合作的经验

10) 拥有跨国公司工作经验的申请者优先

11) 必须拥有良好或流利的英语和普通话

As we continue to expand in China, we invite high caliber candidates with the following qualifications to join our team.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to build, develop and supervise a team. The role reports to a Vice President and has heavy exposure to the MD and executive level. Only those candidates who show adaptability and are able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment will be considered.



Responsibilities:

1) Maintain good relationship with other departments and support them so as to maximize profit opportunity and achieve revenue targets

2) Resolve enquiry/feedback (regarding trading accounts, trading platform, technical support etc.) timely and properly at all times

3) Cultivate and develop a high-performance team to face the different working challenges

4) Set strategy and direction for the department and staff with trainings accordingly

5) Perform job allocation and co-ordinate staff coverage

6) Develop and implement process and procedures

7) Understand business needs and proactively work on business development ideas

8) Spearhead company-wide initiatives

9) Ensure interim and annual appraisals are conducted with all team members

10) Review and make recommendation on business line’s visibility to senior management

11) Mentor and coach all staff to contribute to the smooth running of the department, encouraging open communication and good suggestions

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Minimum 3-year managerial experiences

2) Proven managerial experience

3) Possess knowledge in financial industry.

4) Ability to motivate staff at different levels

5) Experience in the front office

6) Self-starter, with multitasking ability and able to work well under pressure and tight timeline

7) Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capability

8) Ability to streamline processes and procedures

9) Experience in reporting to and working with executive level

10) Experience in multinational firm is preferred

11) Good to fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing are required
