职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.回答客户提出的问题，解决处理各类销售问题。
2.妥善处理客户的投诉和纠纷，提供良好的客户服务。
3.协助配合其他同事工作中出现的问题，提高团队效率。

任职要求：
1.英语相关专业，大专以上学历，英语四级以上。
2.熟练的英语读写能力。有外贸电子商务或外贸行业工作经验优先。
3.具有良好的逻辑思维能力，责任心强，工作细心严谨，有团队合作精神。
4.了解ebay/amazon/速卖通等外贸电子商务平台，有一定的工作适应能力。
