职位描述：
1. Ensure Compliance of imported products
o Works with import agent to make sure products compliance is confirmed before importation
o Work with Suppliers on products potential modifications to ensure compliance

2. Management of goods shipment from overseas
o Planning of shipments
o Freight cost optimization
o In charge of relationship with forwarder and import agent

3. In charge of Domestic logistic
o Organization of deliveries to every stores
o Optimization of the cost by identification of key partners

4. Controls and manages the stock of packaged / Fresh pastries macaroons & chocolates on store and consolidated level taking in account:
o Stores stock
o Different warehouses stock
o Shelf-live
? Follow-up and consolidate all stock reports from logistic & operation sides and circulate information to related parties [operations / logistic / finance / top management]
? Works with Operations and logistic departments to organize WH/STR and inter-stores movements to optimize stock management

5. Controls and manages the stock of packaging by
o Ensuring proper stock management and replenishment in store
o Manage mass production orders with suppliers to avoid shortage 举报 分享
