职位描述：

Responsibilities
1、负责基于C#技术的相关网站，APP,API接口的实施和支撑；
2、参与项目的需求分析，负责项目的架构设计、模块设计和核心代码开发，数据库设计与优化、核心代码的编写，代码审核与重构工作的组织等；
3、负责指导软件工程师进行详细设计和开发；
4、负责技术攻关，解决项目中的技术难点；
5、负责完成相关技术文档的编写工作；
6、负责软件实施、调试工作；
7、协助项目经理及质量保证人员，保证项目的质量；
8、跟踪先进的开发技术，进行软件开发技术指导、培训与交流，提升团队的研发能力；
9、执行公司各项规章制度，遵守公司有关保密的管理规定。

Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the development of Web applications, components and interfaces to supporting systems
2.Responsible for the development of UI/UX, web pages, layout, graphics and multimedia for traditional web and mobile devices
3.Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
4.Effectively develops using best practices in conformance to W3C, SEO efficiency and brand
5.Developing innovative concepts in collaboration with other members of the creative/marketing team
6.Works closely with stakeholders and other groups to coordinate plans and activities including gathering of detail user requirements, coordinate/work with other IT groups on connectivity/interfacing with other systems, assist users in system testing, coordinate with all stakeholders for successful production roll out
7.Responsible for updating all documentation as required in Change Management for all systems (documented and duly signed off) before system/feature/fix roll out
8.Maintain systems availability and performance according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
9.Provides periodic reports on statistics and projects status
10.Be on top of technology and constantly seek to suggest competitive edge features and technology
11.Any other projects, tasks or responsibilities assigned from time to time
12.To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed

Qualifications and Experience
1、计算机相关专业本科、学士以上（含学士）学位；
2、3-5年以上.Net项目开发经验；有过大型项目经验,电商项目经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉设计模式，具有面向对象、面向方面的分析和设计的能力；具有丰富的.Net架构设计经验；
4、熟悉MSSQL、Oracle、mysql等主流数据库；
5、具有良好的表达能力和沟通能力，优秀的文档编写能力，具有良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力，工作责任心强，善于学习。

Qualifications and Experience
1.Diploma Advanced/Higher, or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with 3-4 years work experiences in similar capacity
2.Experience in PHP scripting
3.Experience in C/C++ or Java
4.Experience in Web designing
5.Knowledge on Internet environment and troubleshooting
6.Knowledge on relational database environment and troubleshooting
7.Knowledge on markup languages (HTML, XHTML, XML), style sheet languages (CSS, XSL), client-side scripting (Javascript, AJAX), server-side scripting (PHP), database technologies (MySQL), multimedia technologies (Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) and Document Object Module (DOM)
8.Preferable with knowledge on W3C coding standards and SEO efficiency
9.Good analytical and problem solving skills
10.Good written and oral communication skills
11.Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
