SUMMARY:
Enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs/workshops that will boost employee workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values and strategy. Will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Partner with business leaders, functional business leads, SMEs and HR team members to understand role-specific learning requirements.
? Apply knowledge of adult learning theory and a systematic instructional design and development model to the design of learning solutions including methods, media and resources (internal/external) as required.
? Consult with SMEs and others to design and develop instructor led, self study, online and blended instructional solutions that meet learning objectives and effectively engage the learner.
? Adhere to project plans and timelines.
? Update and maintain learning programs to ensure continued effectiveness.
? Conduct leadership and soft skill trainings for various audience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
? Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
? Proven ability to master the full training cycle
? Adequate knowledge of learning management software
? Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
? Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
? Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business management / Human Resources or related field preferred; and three to five years experience in training and development area.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent English is essential in speaking, writing and listen. Ability of delivering training in English is definitely a plus. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Strong communication skill, have ability to interpret business people development requirement into learning solution and reflect it in program design.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. Ability of conduct training at least 3 hours in one day. Occasional business travel is also required.
