职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.熟悉淘宝相关的操作规则，修改价格，管理店铺等；
2.处理淘宝店铺客户订单，帮助客户查询跟踪物流情况；
3.通过淘宝旺旺聊天工具接待客户，解答疑问，获取订单，促成交易；
4.负责答复、跟进及反馈客户咨询、并解决投诉与中差评；
5.了解客户的需要，通过有效的沟通，保证客户开心，满意；
6.对商品的卖点有清晰概念，并准确向客户表达；
7.服从主管安排，可处理好掌柜交待的其它工作事宜
任职资格：
1：18周岁以上（***优先）
2：打字较快，打字每分钟50字以上。
3：沟通能力强，具有亲和力及较强的服务意识；
