职位描述：
We are searching for a self-motivate and passionate candidate for the senior integration engineer position, working in transmission component R&D group. The candidate will work together with us to design and deliver the transmission component products, including 100G and 400G TOSA (transmission optical subassembly) and ROSA (receiver optical subassembly).
Responsibility:
? Integrate optical, mechanical and electrical designs, and output final designs.
? Design authority and the responsible person for the product design.
? Responsible to identify technical risks and design experiments to quantify and resolve the problems.
? Get supports from project teams on assembly process, optical and FEA simulations, RF circuit design, and project management etc.
 Requirements:
? 5 years experiences in optical transmission field and worked as technical lead or design authority of component level products, with proven record of delivering product to market.
? Familiar with fundamental building blocks/technology of Tx and Rx components, including EML, Si Photonics, PIN, TIA.
? Familiar with high speed transceiver test equipment, PPG, DCA and VNA.
? Fluent speaking and written English, and good communication skill are required.
? Bachelor degree or higher from Optical, optoelectronics, or Physics.
? Simulation skills using Zemax for optics and Ansys for mechanical are optical and favorable. 举报 分享
