We are searching for a self-motivate and passionate person for the senior product manager position. The candidate will work together with us to design and deliver the transmission component products. The products are named as TOSA (transmission optical subassembly) and ROSA (receiver optical subassembly).
Responsibility:
? Lead a cross functional team, go through the project planning, design, qualification and ramp up process. (The Lumentum product development process will be followed, and the project manager needs to ensure all the required deliverables are ready at each review gate.)
? Responsible to foresee the risks, and plan risk mitigation, and request help from upper management team.
? Need to ensure fluent communication and information sharing among all the project stake holders.
? The project manager will organize regular project core team meeting (most of time, conference call) including team members from China, United States, and Canada.
Requirements:
? 5 years’ experience in optical transmission and worked on engineering manager, project manager, or product manager positions. Have proven tracking record of organizing of team to successfully deliver a product.
? Fluent speaking English is a must.
? Excellent communication skill (verbal or written) is required.
? Skillful on resolving conflictions and work under pressure of schedule and resource
? Bachelor degree from Optical, Optoelectronics, or Physics.
