职位描述：
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to work with us. The ideal candidate must be capable to work independently. The professional will work directly with ODMs technical teams and test laboratories during new product designs, maintenance and customization.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Evaluate battery-cell design and materials, prepare related report and make recommendation
Investigate issues and identify the probable root cause classifying on internal of cell (dentrite growth, separator failure, lithium plating, manufacturing contamination or improper design) or external (mechanical damage, external short circuit, cell overcharged/over discharge, low/high temperature)
opening cell, identifying lithium-plating/dendrites, and design failures
Leads analysis of failures to identify whether some failures can became epidemic
Support engineering and product teams during development of notebooks, tablets and smartphones
Conducts studies to recommend battery cell/pack technology and capacity for new and current products.

QUALIFICATIONS: BS degree in Material and Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years experience in research, development or manufacturing of lithium-ion battery cell.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Good analytical and problem solving skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and local language
Deep knowledge in lithium ion chemistry and battery components
Understanding of theory supporting electrochemical performance and battery life/degradation models
Ability to open Lithium-ion cylindrical cell and lithium-ion polymer inside dry-room
Knowledge of international safety standards
Understanding of failures modes of battery cell 举报 分享
