1.工作摘要 Job Summary


整体负责DS汽车品牌CRM战略规划,领导部门团队进行CRM工作的执行管理。Overall in charge of DS automotive CRM strategy and lead the team members to deliver the implementation work


2.工作职责Responsibility


To formulate and establish overall CRM strategy and customer lifecycle management and customer contact manage systems under the brand positioning and company target. 根据品牌定位及公司战略目标制定全面客户关系管理战略体系及客户全生命周期管理与客户沟通联络计划.

2. , manage DS brand hotline, including the scope of leads qualification, information enquiry service, customer survey, on-line selling and customer care etc. 管理品牌 热线及全渠道沟通平台,包括线索清洗、信息咨询、客户调研、在线销售及客户关怀活动实施等。

3. , manage DS brand fans and owners club, to establish the points reward system, and plan and organize and deliver online and offline customer interactive campaigns. 管理品牌粉丝及车友俱乐部,建立忠诚度积分系统,文章及内容管理、策划与实施线上线下赢取类及忠诚度类客户互动活动。

4. , Overall manage customer complaints, to push the responsible department/teams/persons to quick response customer complaints and solve the case within the lead-time and secure customer satisfaction been recovered in a close loop; push complaint improvement tasks to each responsible BU to prevent the future re-occurrence. 整体管理客户投诉及客户心声反馈,督促跟进相关责任模块及业务团队在既定的时间内完成客诉事宜处理并确保案件闭环解决;跟进客户不满事项改善进程,防止相同事件再次发生。

5. , Dealer CRM operation management , including but not limited formulate dealer CRM standards and guidelines, dealer training and assessment , dealer conference and meeting organizations ,dealer incentive scheme delivery. 经销商CRM运营管理,包括但不限于制定零售端经销商标准及指导,经销商培训及认证、经销商全国及区域会议的召开、线索漏斗管理、经销商CRM激励计划制定及实施。

6. , Establish the data quality management system, and manage externally and internally with vendors and dealers to improve the data quality continuously to achieve the company requirement. 制定数据质量管理体系,监控及持续提升企业内外部相关方包括供应商、经销商的多系统数据质量.

7. ,Support IT department to detect IT system requirements and turn the business requirement into the IT development projects like Master Data Management system, DMS system and CRM system etc. 与IT部门一起识别如何通过IT解决方案来满足不断增长的业务需求,比如CRM客户主数据库(MDM)、DMS系统、全渠道客户联络中心系统(包括400热线及在线沟通)等。

8. , Provide business analysis report by multiple dimensions to support management to better aware the company situation and customer expectations to support management to make better decisions on business operation. 提供多维度客户行为分析报告,支持业务计划及商业决策。

1.学历Education Background


本科及以上学历,客户服务相关专业、工商管理专业、市场营销专业为佳University degree or above,major in customer service\management and sales and marketing preferred
University or technical college graduate (Prefer Industrial Engineering


2.专业技能Professional Skills


英文程度: 能够熟练进行商务交流,通过英语六级及以上

English language: Fluent in terms of business communication,pass CET-6 or above
