Major Responsibilities :
? Act as RBWM lead in implementing BRCM Plan, including the planning, gapping and fieldwork.
Drive the on-going improvement of sales and services operation efficiency of RBWM.
? Ensure compliance of sales activities & operation process with relevant group guidelines and external laws and regulations imposed by regulators.
? Coordinate the implementation of recommendations made by internal / external auditors and external regulators.
? Timely circulation of issued compliance materials with impacts analyzed and guidance provided where necessary.
? Ensure new legislation is adequately reflected in working procedures.
? Report exceptions and breaches for consideration of next step.
? Streamline sales & services operation process and implement risks control per external/internal regulation, audit report and frontline demands and initiate new process to be more efficient and practical.
? Develop sales & service guidelines to standardize sales process and improve sales effectiveness.
? Initiate new process according to business and regulatory environment, and reduce branch workload and make the best available manpower.
? Improved mind-set in RBWM staff on operation and business risk control and monitoring, work with management functions of frontline to ensure sales & service process conducted in compliance with group guidelines and external laws and regulations.
? Implement business transformation initiatives to achieve the TBM/TOM and Group standards.
? Keep regular communication with frontline and control parties on risk management.
? Build rapport with different functions/parties and gain their cooperation and commitment in growing the RBWM business.
Incumbent Requirements:
? University degree in a related discipline;
? Minimum 8 years’ banking experience;
? Sound leadership skills and effective communication skills;
? Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in both Cantonese and Shanghai dialect would be a plus.
