职位描述：
Key Results Area (KRA)

1. Assist team leader to achieve yearly budget and new business development plan;
2. Leads to provide distinctive total solutions for key accounts or important clients;
3.Provides guidance and on-job training to junior staff, make sure to carry out Company standards, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. among sub-team members;
4. Play a coach role in sub-team members’ development of their new skills and knowledge;

Requirements:

1. Over 7 years working experience in insurance industry
2. Bachelor degree or above, specialized in insurance, business, finance or economics is preferred
3. Familiar with related insurance products, legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Good negotiation and problem solving skills
6. Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets
7. Proficient in English and Chinese
