Job Description:

Our national Training & Quality Manager's responsibility is to bring our corporate know-how and standard systems usage and compliance to a highest level with the help of modern training devices and methods and thus support our corporate goals and ensure high customer satisfaction

Onboarding
- Control measure and steer the newcomer onboarding process according to the onboarding process. Core business process oriented trainings!
- Coordinate Management Onboarding with HR
- Conduct Key user Trainings and maintain an efficient structure. Invoice experts from other departments

Training & rollout
- Conduct quarterly training and roll out process
- Set the necessary focus concerning the respective area of responsibility
- Document all conducted training in the personal file.
- Management needs to be trained first
- Consider your audience

Sustainable knowledge quality audit
- Lead quality assessment process quarterly as per orocedure.
- Discuss quarterly results with Regional Management, Product Management and HR
- Focus on highly productive and commercially successful processes and not on tools. Focus on correct application and not on knowledge without usage.
- Steer and manage the 1st and 2nd level business process support (via ticket system)
- Organize and adust working methods of our employees. Virtual desktop and new communication media
Ensure all our process routines are well implemented and applied.

Build strong interfaces with:
- RTQM, NPMs, MD, Branch Manager, Head of Sales, HR, Key users
- Responsible for coaching and steering of key user

Reporting
- Quarterly written report about situation in respective area of responsibility to be handed over to RTQM and Line Management superior till the 5th of the following month.


Requirement:

- Extended education in freight fowarding and commercial Education
- At least 3 years our industry either on customer side or in FFWD in air cargo, sea cargo, SCM solution, ROAD-Xpress or Logistics
- Comprehensive user know-how in operational systems
- Good Presentation skills
- Likes to train other people
- Analytic skills
-English language (Business fluent)
- High performer with good commercial sense and common sense.

- Structured and organized personality
- Pro-active
- Cross-product thinking
- Assertiveness and strong in implementation
- Ability to train (Train-the-trainer)
- Willingness and ability to travel
