1.To conduct daily maintenance of Shenzhen office.

2. To be responsible for office finance operation by liaising with the UK finance director.

3. To make sure monthly tax deductions and annual company audit are conducted properly.

4. To support recruitment planning, staff on-boarding, staff safety and health.
协助人力资源招聘和培训
5. To support sales and marketing activities for Element Shenzhen business.
协助销售和市场工作
6. To ensure that commercial confidentiality is maintained.

7. To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Department Manager – Certification & Approvals (China).

Skills Required
1 Very good spoken and written English.

2 Good knowledge about finance and accounting.

3 Very well organised with a high degree of attention to detail.

1 At least a Bachelor Degree of Management with some accounting and finance management content.
