职位描述：
主要职责：
"1.Find outsource vendors. Maintain solid and effective relationships with vendors.
外发工厂资源开发、维护、保持良好的合作关系."
"2.Scrutinize outsource veders with ISO team/quality team. Make records for venders and improve the capacity and quality of them.
协调ISO部门、品质部门等相关部门对供应商进行多方面审核，并记录供应商情况，协助提升供应商合作能力及品质。"
"3. Negotiate pricing and payment / date of delivery /qulity ,and others for contract. Sign contract with venders.
负责谈判外发价格/付了款条件、货期、品质等合同条件，并代表公司签订合同。"
"4.Oversea quality control from the outsource vendors.
外发产品品质控制。"
"5.Follow up the process and rate of progress of outsource products to make sure them catch up the delivery date.
跟进生产流程和生产进度，确保如期交货。"
"6.Feedback and resovle sudden problems in all the process of outsource venders.
及时反馈、解决外发工作中的问题。"
"7. Communicate effectively with production/warehouse/purchasing department to get succeed in outsource.
与秋海棠公司各部门，如生产、仓库、采购等部门，保持高效的沟通，确保外发工作顺利进行。"

1. Be good at communication and coordination in different departments and venders.Be a good teamworker.
善于沟通, 协调中各部门及供应商工作.具备良好的团队协作精神.
2.Understand the production process and the productive technology of garments and luggages.
了解生产流程及服装/手袋生产工艺.
3.It's better to have a lot of resource in garments and luggages porduction factories .
具有丰富的手袋/服装加工厂资源者更佳.
4.Competence in solving problems and adaptability to changes is realy good.
具备良好的应急处理和应变能力.
5.Written English is good.
英文读、写能力良好.
6.Quality-mind and time sense is good.
较强的品质意识和效率意识.
7. Be a good negotiator and good sense of pro-active.

The company is a design and sourcing firm that combines American market knowledge with Chinese sourcing and design capabilities.
