职位描述：
As an AP leader you will overview the responsible Countries/Entities Account Payable operation to ensure the validity, correctness, completeness, and professional documents in scheduled timetable. You will be responsible for improving the Account Payable process and leverage to the procurement to pay procedure.
Detailed Description:
? In charge of AP inquiry Emails.
? Lead North America Accounts Payable Team to perform daily AP work and duties in a timely and accurate manner
? Provide professional solutions to daily Account Payable operation problems in system and procedure
? Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers statement reconciliation
? Support Account Payable monthly closing process
? Lead responsible team members to leverage people and technologies to maximize AP processing efficiency and effectiveness
? Monitor and ensure the North America Account Payable team’s operation meet the internal control requirement
? Work to anticipate problems and develop solutions
? Support AP Manager and raise out any improvement suggestion regarding team performance and service requirements.
? Perform other tasks assigned by AP manager.
Key Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
? 5 years or above working experiences in Finance and Accounting Function
? At least 1 years team mentoring or supervising experience
? Be familiar with the whole Account Payable process
? Be familiar with Oracle system
? Working experience in multi-national company and/or SSC working experience would be a big plus
? Strong coordination skill
? Strong ability at Microsoft Excel and Word
? With positive attitude, a team leader and coordinator on tasks and resources
? Quick learner and Can work under pressure
? Strong attention to detail - working with hard-copy documents and system data as well
? Work independently and resolve issues with logic mind-set
? High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
? Working Knowledge of ORACLE Account Payable would be a big plus 举报 分享
