Description:
? This is an applications engineer position; primarily support the power management products. Depending on the qualifications, the duties include partial or all of the following:
 
Essential duties:
? Design and develop application circuitry primarily for Power Management products
? Work closely with FAE and factory application engineers to develop application specific/customized evaluation boards
? Resolve customer application issues in wide range of end applications, such as DTV, WLAN, mobile phones, telecom/datacom equipment, etc.
? Provide training on the Semtech product portfolio as required, for new employees & distributors.
? write and publish technical articles, application notes, design notes
? Competitive analysis
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification requirements:
? BSEE, MSEE Preferred
? 5+ year experience in power product
? Self-motivated with minimum supervision effective communicator with the ability to interface with customers, FAE, and factory application engineers,
