职位描述：
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assists in the development of teacher training projects that may include videos, Word documents, Powerpoints, etc.
2. Monitors classes and provides professional and useful feedback to the teachers as needed.
3. Communicates in a timely and professional manner with teachers about issues regarding class processes, logistics.
4. Assists the Sales team by providing information regarding class times and teacher numbers.
5. Assists the Marketing team by providing teacher information that can be used to promote VIPKID and its values.
6. Assists in welcoming incoming new teachers and providing support via email communication and class feedback.
7. Communicates with teachers about any new policy or process changes in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assists in analyzing data to determine areas of weakness that can be amended by the Teacher Quality team.


Requirements：
1.Excellent spoken and written English language ability.
2.China-based experience teaching ESL students ages 5-10.
3.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
4.Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization .
5.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills.
7.Ability to maintain VIPKID company standards while supporting teachers. 举报 分享

2016年8月，科比宣布成立风险投资金“Bryant Stibel”并战略投资VIPKID，这是继阿里巴巴之后，科比投资的第二家中国创新企业。美国教育风投基金Learn Capital促成了此次投资意向的达成，并共同参与了本次投资。

2016年10月，VIPKID联合全球***教育类风投机构Learn Capital、北美***学者成立VIPKID北美教育研究院，投入1000万美金用于教学研究，利用前沿科学技术改善孩子的学习水平和效率。

2017年4月，VIPKID与马云公益基金会达成深度合作，VIPKID也成为首家入驻马云公益基金会教育公益平台的专业英语教育机构。

2017年8月，VIPKID获得由红杉资本领投，腾讯公司战略投资，云锋基金、经纬创投、真格基金、ZTwo Capital等参与跟投的D轮2亿美金融资，这也是迄今为止全球K12在线教育领域***一笔融资。同日正式启动在线少儿中文教育平台“Lingo Bus”。
