职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Direct, manage and oversee engineering team on product design and development from concept to production, incorporation of requests on product specification, design verification, changes and special customer requests.
？ Liaison on new product development requests with fulfillment monitoring; oversee timely delivery of sample requests
？ Oversee development of design schematics & specifications for products & building of prototypes; oversee tooling completion; ensure engineering team provide product & tooling cost estimation with timely completion
？ Research product technical development and oversee product categories industry trend with providing product optimized suggestion
？ Establish and maintain engineering and technical information system and database
？ Partner with Supplier Quality Management group to ensure products and even samples are delivered with excellent quality on time; Evaluate factories performance with budget control to ensure high standard product delivered on time
？ Oversee quality control of products as well performance issues and direct engineering teams to find immediately and timely resolutions
？ Evaluate and provide help for materials/components purchasing
？ Propose and communicate with the customers and synergic companies
？ Intensive travel is required


Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree in mechanical/electrical or manufacturing engineering, materials technology or MBA is a plus.

Experience:
？ At least five (5) years in a management position in the field of Engineering or Product Development.
？ Possess knowledge of 3D CAD
？ Good technical experience and knowledge of Western safety and governmental requirements/regulations.
？ Proven management record of engineering, product development and manufacturing teams for the product categories like Consumer electronic / Toys & Game / Soft goods / Travel items / Food & Wine / IoT products etc.
？ Motivated to timely provide product development updates/supply information & give prompt answers to questions regarding product development, production and quality issues.
？ Strong leadership, with experience in problem solving and communication skills.
？ Able to work in a fast paced work environment.

Language: Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English. Knowledge of other languages is considered as a benefit but not a requirement 举报 分享
