职位描述：

Position: Senior Specialist Training Assets Management / 培训资产管理高级专员

Division: Training Academy

Location: Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Training consumable product planning, purchasing, logistic management and daily requirement support.


• Responsible for training assets on-line system build-up, daily operation, regular maintenance and system optimizing. Database management, assets utilization analysis and regular reporting.


• Responsible for Training assets (furniture / AV / ICS / OCS/parts shelves) purchasing implementation, logistic arrangement, on-site installation coordination and acceptance.


• Support on Training assets (equipment, tools, cars) purchasing implementation, logistic arrangement, on-site installation coordination and acceptance.


• Responsible for leading TC/TB scrap process implementation, documentation and reporting.


• To support TC & TB facility project implementation and reporting and budget management.


• To support BBS-55 budget planning, payment settlement monitoring, reporting and analysis .


• Daily department administration support.


• Tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

• University degree in automotive related or Business Administration or Supplier Management


• 3 years+ Project support or business administration experience


• 1-3 years Finance or purchasing experience is a good plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Good planning, analyzing and organizing skills


• Customer and business oriented


• Logical thinking and with problem solving skills


• Database management and PPT skills


• Proficiency in written and spoken English
