活动经理负责:Event and promotion Manager is responsible for
一:品牌活动方面:
Brand event related :
1. 建立DS品牌年度活动策略,
Establish DS annual event strategy
2. 全国性品牌活动策划、执行细案及活动执行和品质监督
for establishment of DS brand event strategy, annual national level event planning execution and supervise
3. 制定全国AB级车展计划,招标与执行;
For national autoshow planning, pitch and execution
4. 制定全年大型试驾活动计划、招标与执行;
For annual test-drive planning, pitch and execution
5. 相关品牌方面的赛事活动计划、招标与执行;
For motorsports planning, pitch and execution
6. 确保品牌活动、车展、试驾、赛事等活动效果的最大化,完成年度活动KPI;
for ensuring to make best effort of brand event and achieving annual event KPI
7. 活动车辆及特殊车辆的申请及管理,包括车辆的进出口,上牌,运输及车辆状态检查;
Event car and special can application and management, including vehicle importation, number plate management transportation and vehicle status check.
8. 相关活动代理公司的管理;
for managing different event agencies
9. 品牌活动预算管理

二:促销方面:
Promotion:
1、 制定DS全年,季度或阶段性促销策略
for establish DS annual, quarterly and period promotion strategy.
2、 制定各阶段促销活动指导手册、指导督促终端活动执行与质理监控;
Make dealer promotion guidebook and supervise dealer level event.
3、 制作各阶段促销活动终端物料,制定标准指导手册,监查终端物料执行情况;
Make dealer level promotion material and guidebook and monitor the execution of POSM
4、 制定终端客户试驾活动计划、招标与执行;
Establish dealer level customer test-drive planning, pitch and execution
5、 制定地方车展(CDE)计划、招标与执行;
For local autoshow planning, pitch and execution
6、 制定路演、闭馆等终端活动计划、招标与执行;
For road show, in-store event etc planning, pitch and execution
7、 促销预算管理 与联合广告费用管理
Promotion budget management, Co-operating Advertising Fund

2.工作职责Responsibility
一:品牌活动方面:
Brand event related :
制定年度活动策略,时间计划及预算,包括但不限于全国性及地方性车展,新品试驾,新品上市发布会,品牌主题巡展,赞助等;
Planning annual event strategy, event schedule and budget, including but not limited to national and regional level autoshow, new product test-drive, launch event, brand tour, sponsorship etc.
各全国性品牌活动的策划及执行,包括策划,招标,前期准备,第三方沟通,现场执行,效果总结评估及改进;
Planning and execution for all national level brand event, including event planning, agency pitch, pre-event preparation, third party communication, on-site execution, event report, evaluation and improvement.
通过不同的活动方式达成品牌形象提升及促进销售的目的,完成年度KPI;
Improve brand image and promote sales to achieve annual KPI through different type of event.
Formula E,CPC, CRC等汽车赛事的组织,沟通,媒体及客户邀约及活动现场执行
Motorsports, such as Formula E, CPC,CRC organize, communicate, customer and media invitation and on-site execution.
活动车辆及特殊车辆的申请及管理,包括车辆的进出口,上牌,运输及车辆状态检查;
Event car and special can application and management, including vehicle importation, number plate management transportation and vehicle status check.
对不同活动代理公司进行管理、工作质量及效率进行评估;
Supervise event agency, evaluate its working quality and efficiency
制订并管理年度活动预算及单项活动预算,定期与财务沟通,对于活动预算进行管控;
Formulate and manage market communication budget, work with brand team for common agreements on expenses, keep budget report.
二:促销方面:
Promotion:
根据全年销售计划,行业及市场需求,制定全年促销策略。根据销售计划,市场需求,制度季度及阶段性的促销策略。
Establish annual promotion strategy according to annual sales target and market request. Establish quarterly and period promotion strategy and plan according to sales performance and market situation.
对经销商层面的活动进行指导和建议使区域活动符合品牌形象标准;制定区域执行指导手册。
Supervise the execution of dealer events and to ensure regional event can meet brand image standard. Establish guidebook for dealers.
负责销售终端集客指标/KPI的制定及达成
Plan and reach the KPI of local dealers
区域活动,包括但不限于地方车展,路演,区域试驾,闭馆销售等活动的策划,招标,前期准备,第三方沟通,现场执行,效果总结评估及改进;
For local event including but not limited to local autoshow, roadshow, regional test-drive, in-store event planning, pitch and execution, including event planning, agency pitch, pre-event preparation, third party communication, on-site execution, event report, evaluation and improvement.
制作各阶段促销活动终端物料,制定标准指导手册,监查终端物料执行情况;
Make dealer level promotion material and guidebook and monitor the execution of POSM
对区域代理公司进行管理、工作质量及效率进行评估;
Supervise regional agency, evaluate its working quality and efficiency
制订并管理年度预算及联合广告基金,定期与财务沟通,对于预算进行管控;
Formulate and manage budget and co-operating Advertising Fund, work with brand team for common agreements on expenses, keep budget report.
- 任职资格Qualification
1.学历Education Background
大学本科毕业
Bachelor degree
3.工作经历 Working Experience
在汽车或者奢侈品或者大型活动管理领域8年以上经验,有5年左右团队管理经验 ,有甲方市场部管理工作经验
At least eight years’ experience in auto or Luxury or event management are, and five years’ management experience is required, worked in client side Marketing Dept. with management experience
4.其他 Others
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills
出色的英语口头与书面交流技能,出色的沟通技能,有魅力的
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
