1.帮助业务人员拓展公司业务，提供销售人员技术应用支持，提供产品样品，进行参数和型号匹配；

1.帮助业务人员拓展公司业务，提供销售人员技术应用支持，提供产品样品，进行参数和型号匹配；
2.为公司人员和业务人员提供二极管知识培训，不断提高业务人员的产品知识水平，提高业务人员对产品销售的现场基础应用能力，提高工作效率；
3.帮助业务人员开发NBO，做D-in工作，协助业务做样品状态转换；
4.提供售后服务和支持，及时处理客户投诉，追踪客户投诉，为业务人员提供不良品分析报告，重视并和业务人员一起不断提高售后服务水平，维护公司良好的服务形象；
5.日常工作资料和报告的整理、归档；
6.积极参加公司组织的各类团队活动和培训；
7.根据公司制定的绩效考核制度和设定的考核标准进行绩效考核，不断提高或改进自己的工作绩效，提升自己的专业知识和能力；
8.有较丰富市场调研能力，根据公司的产品类型做市场调研，出具市场调查报告提供给业务管理者，分析相关数据，提出可行性市场营销方案；
9.完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
