职位描述：
Responsibilities
Manage Quality activities relating to the supplies of manufacturing facilities, in Asia Pacific region.
Supplier activities include: benchmarking studies, supplier scouting, quality target setting, manufacturing process review, quality gate definition, project milestone reviews, manufacturing sign-off, manufacturing process audit.
The role requires strong interaction with HQ R&D , HQ PURCHASING , HQ SQA , IQC of each mfg facilities.
Full responsibility for the achievement of key KPI for ASIA Pacific supplier.
Leading team of local SQA.
Define local guideline/procedure according to corporate procedure.

Education
Bachelor degree or above, automotive engineering or equivalent

Experiences
Minimum 10 years of working experience. At least 8 years in automotive industry in Powertrain development ,Quality, Manufacturing
VDA6.3 process audit experience and VDA6.5 product audit experience
Experience in leading supplier audit and improvement
Experience in qualify new supplier and also in supplier performance monitoring
Experience of people management
Experience in working in big foreign investment company is preferred
Knowledge / skills
Strong knowledge of TS16949,QS9000 and five quality tools
Strong knowledge of supplier audit and improvement
Solid knowledge of Quality Management System
High level of problem solving and managing supplier skills
Team building skills and results oriented drive are key attributes
Manufacturing,Engineering,or Quality Functional leadership experience required
VDA 6.3 external auditor qualification is preferred.

Languages
Fluent written and spoken English

Computer skills
