岗位职责:
· The Position based in DSM Nanjing
· Keep contact with approved vendor for following up the requests for office facilities and transportation arrangement according to the procedure;
· Keep contact with Telecom vendors for the new/change requirements, running status and payment;
· Work with the providers to ensure employee facilities supports to staff including but not limited to ICT facilities, etc.;
· Ensure the monthly payments including but not limited to office rental, electricity cost, office services, telecommunication cost, people expense, etc. are handled timely according to the procedure;
· Provide the input to Sourcing for vendor performance management and contract negotiation and renew;
· Office costs/expenses allocation for all office administrative supports in the offices;
· Contact with approved vendors for all kinds of administrative supports to all colleagues, including but not limited to: Office commodity (stationary, drinking water, coffee, vending machine;
· Travel arrangement of guests and employees including visa application, transportation and hotel booking etc.;
· Employee on-board/off-board support;
· Receive and identify the incoming calls, take message if necessary;
· Mails/Courier handling, Goods/cargo registration and management;
· Document management to ensure all documents including procedures, contracts, records related to office operation are classified, managed and archived for tracking;
· Key management to ensure all keys are registered and controlled;
· Fixed assets management including the management through the whole life cycle including ordering, registering, maintaining and writing off;
· Other activities per requested by Office Manager.
   
任职要求:
· College or above
· Good command of English both in oral and written
· Good command of communication skills
· Good command of Computer skills in excel, word, PowerPoint
· With 1 to 2 years of related working experience in reception, admin, customer service function is preferred.
· Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, careful and customer service oriented.
