Job Purpose

To support an effective site risk management ensuring the safety and protection of our employees and assets. Be responsible to site security management including oversight of daily security operations, support for all physical security-related projects, security compliance, loss prevention, and incident response.

Roles & Responsibility


· Manage the day-to-day operations of security personnel to ensure quality of service and continuous improvement.

· Deploys security personnel in a professional and effective manner to ensure the security of Mattel facilities

· Recommends and implements cost effective management security systems, loss prevention, operational procedures, and controls in order to protect company personnel and assets.

· Develops new methods and seeks innovative programs to deter and detect criminal activities and reduce loss.

· Develops and maintains physical security systems such as CCTV, key control, access control, pedestrian and vehicle control systems.

· Ensure proper documenting and reporting of all potential or actual security incidents, threats, and crimes impacting all sites under management.

· Respond in a timely and effective manner to crisis situations and emergencies.

· Support internal or external investigations under the direction of Mattel Global Security & Investigations.

· Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.



Requirement


- 5-7 years work experience, preferably gained within a multinational organization, in a security nagement, loss prevention, corporate investigations, internal audit, compliance, or risk consulting role.

- Experience developing and implementing procedures and standards within a complex organization

- Experience conducting operational or process audits and implementing corrective action and continuous improvement measures

- Critical-thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication skills and ability to review complex, detailed information and condense potentially difficult issues into a clear, concise format

- Interpersonal skills and the ability to manage teams of people

- Ability to interact cross-functionally and at all levels of an organization, and externally

- Knowledge of the MS Office suite

- Native Mandarin speaker with strong written and spoken English

- Must demonstrate a high level of professional and personal integrity and a commitment to organization values
