1、本科及以上学历，英语四级以上；
2、5年以上品质管理工作经验，2年以上五金行业同职位工作经验，熟悉制造型企业质量管理知识，具有系统的品质管理思路
3、擅长制程品质管控，有较强的品质问题处理能力，较强的团队管理能力；
4、擅长品质管理体系的搭建；能带领建立ISO9000质量管理体系；
