REQUIREMENT:
1. Matriculation or equivalent
2. 5 years clerical or customer service experience, preferably in freight forwarding industry
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
4. Organized, Detail-oriented
5. Good communication skills
6. Can work independently
7. Good command of English and Mandarin
8. Other requirement: Regular meeting with customer in Huizhou is required
RESPONSIBILITY:
Summary
To support the Regional Accounts organization in all administrative aspects with the objective to ensure services compliance to global customer’s expectation.
1. Booking and documentation preparation.
2. Answer desk level procedure related inquiries from operations agents.
3. Communicate with in-theatre operations to ensure fulfillment of KPI.
4. Proactively report exceptions to regional account management head and control tower.
5. Monitor and ensure track and trace event update as per required timeframe.
6. Coordinate with operations to ensure data accuracy of the billing, reports and pre-alert information.
7. Provide administrative support for regional accounts organization such as the shipment status update to control tower, coordination and preparation of meeting agenda and meeting recap.
8. Prepare and consolidate the daily shipment report within the region and distribute to customer.
9. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of designated accounts for analysis purpose.
