负责中国区域内高科技设备系统的总体指导、协调、实施、执行、控制和完成——确保公司策略、使命和目标的一致性。
- 负责管理中国各个客户现场的系统方案的日常运行
- 持续监督项目进度并上报各利益相关者
- 向主要利益相关方提交项目进度、问题和解决方案的报告
- 监控并跟踪系统性能KPI[利用率、正常运行时间、停机原因排查、工艺流程评定、定期/不定期维护]
- 负责整个项目全过程
- 管理服务合同，确保持续盈利
- 管理客户预期
要求：
- 电气、电子、机械工程或相关专业的本科生/研究生或以上学历
- 具有PVD和CVD设备维护、优化和工艺调试方面的经验
- 在高容量太阳能、半导体或LCD行业有8年以上的工程管理经验
- 5年以上的项目管理经验，涉及范围从初始概念到实际产品交付
- 具有很强的项目管理技能，能够从规划、概念化、执行、评价各方面完成项目的执行
- 能在充满变革、发展和创新日程的环境中快速提高
- 须能够与跨职能团队成员进行良好沟通并与团队成员协作完成项目目标
- 拥有较强的社交技能和影响力
- 能自我管理、自我激励，分清工作主次轻重缓急，在规定期限内高效完成工作，达到预期要求
- 英语说写能力俱佳
- 愿意花费30-50%时间出差

Job Description:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of high technology system in China - ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of system program in China at various customer's site
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to key stakeholders
- Monitor and track system performance KPI[utilization, uptime, downtime detractors, process qualification and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance]
- Taking responsibility of projects through its entire lifecycle phase
- Manage service contract for continued sustainability and profitability
- Managing client expectations.

Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in PVD and CVD equipment maintenance and optimization as well as process tuning
- At least 8 years of engineering and management experience in a high volume Solar, Semiconductor or LCD industry
- At least 5 years of experience in program management ranging from initial concept to product delivery
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement
- Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, and innovation
- Must be able to communicate well with cross-functional team members and able to collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
- Self-managing and self-motivating, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines and expectations
- Fluent in spoken and written English
