职位描述：
1. Cover overall managerment for manufacturing, Engineering, quality, EHS.
2. Coordinate the HR, R&D, Purchasing etc function dept.
3. Make sure the operation structures and workforce resources are well equipped and manage to meet with annual budget.
4. Establish objectives and track KPIs for the organization, ensure continued improvement on productivity, Delivery, quality, cost and 5S etc.
5. Develop short and long term improvement plans. 6.Collaborative ability to drive the change and leadership ownership / accountability.
7. Regular operation report.
1. Bachelor degree, 10+ years production management experience in MNC, electronic industry prefered.
2. Good commanding of knowledge in production planning, manufaturing, Quality and etc
3.Excellent logic thinking, communication, analysis, problem solving, decision making and execution ability.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written
