Job Description:

· To be the contact person to communicate with client(s) in daily base.

· To make sure all correct need/information from client(s) well delivered to related parties.

· To monitor the whole customer service process & maintain appropriate service level.

· To ensure the on time delivery

· To file all the business related document in alliance with the business needs

Requirements:

·Degree in Economy and/or Engineering

·2-5 years experience, emphasis in customer service, sales and any related experience

·Excellent communication and some technical skills

·Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

·Ability to manage the interpersonal relationship, especially with clients and vendors

·Detail-oriented, widely open with extroversion prefered
