职位描述：
The merchandiser will take important part in efforts of order follow up, exploring, initiating and developing new suppliers and products, and creating cost savings. The individual in this role will act as the technical and commercial interface between suppliers and HQ. Main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:

1. Order Management
(1) Follow up orders from the very beginning till the end, able to handle urgent and emergency issues independently;
(2) Capable of negotiating price and report to sourcing manager;
(3) Work closely with internal related departments, and suppliers/forwarders to ensure product quality and delivery.

2. Other Tasks
(1) Provide value-added service in an efficient and professional manner;
(2) Keep good recording and filing system;
(3) Other tasks assigned by sourcing manager.

3. Basic Attitude
(1) High responsibility, self-motivated;
(2) Willing to learn new things, and have common sense;
(3) Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
(4) Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
(5) Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
(6) Excellent team work and working well under pressure.

4.Basic Skills
(1) Computer proficiency in MS-Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
(2) Good command of written and oral English.(CET-6 is a plus)

5.Requirements
(1) Working experience in Retailer/Purchasing office or previous works in SDA/home appliance manufacturer are preferred;
(2) Be able to travelling to China offices, and visiting factories.
