Job Descriptions:

• Drive the business by product creation.
• Responsible for product creation, including product strategy, road map, product proposal, go to market, phase in/out plan.
• Responsible for driving business to achieve target.
• Responsible for market trend/application research, benchmark.
• Responsible for NPI, including product training and customer roadshow/event.
• Responsible for customer/project support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Science or Marketing.
• 3~5 years LED lighting experience with technical background. (optical/electronic/thermal)
• Basic understanding about project management and product development process.
• Being able to encourage the team and guide the team to achieve target.
• 3~5 years working experience in international company, with good intercultural sensitivity.
• Good English & Chinese communication skill.
• Willing to travel, up to 30% outstation with Sales team.
