职位描述：
Responsibility：
1. Hunting: develop key account pipeline based on analysis of existing online seller landscape and through networking in the export B2C circle
2. Selling: Pitch to potential sellers by sharing Latin America market insight, Linio’s business model and cooperation mode, and close the deal after negotiation
3. Onboarding: Provide training to merchants on using Linio’s platform to manage online stores, also offer advises on product selection and pricing
4. Marketing: Involve merchants in the advertising and promotion plans in every Linio’s operating country (e.g., home page campaigns and social media)
5. Operation: Base on sales forecast, check merchants’ inventory level to avoid stock out; deal with problems from merchants, which includes late shipping, inferior products offering, etc.

Qualifications:
1. Work experience in ecommerce, retail, sales or consulting (at least 2 years’ experience for KAM, 4 years for senior KAM, and 6 years for director)
2. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English; able to write concise and comprehensive emails in English
3. Passionate about cross-border ecommerce and the key account management role, proactive, aggressive and detail oriented
