职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Make regular Production equipment preventive maintenance schedule, action & record.
2. Continuous improving on machine efficiency, component attrition and downtime based on our “Departmental Goal”.
3. Equipment maintaining and repairing, new equipment set-up and commissioning data compilation
4. Responsible for daily mechanical operation and troubleshooting on site on duty
5. Statistics of machine downtime according to repairing daily record, working out and implement
6. Improvement plan to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR for key production equipment
7. Responsible for spare parts management for all production equipments.
8. Controlling maintenance tools, stores, equipment and ledger accounts (master list).

Requirement:

1. Technical school(Include Senior Mid School) graduate or above in Mechanical/Electronics, Optics or equivalent technical discipline, and knowledge of automation control is a plus.

2. 3 years or above related working experience.

3. Die bond and wire bond machine maintain experience is appreciated.
