职位描述：
Job description

Provide professional support to improve sales operation effectiveness. Sales operation includes planning, monitoring, reporting and follow-up of sales activities
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain a system to record all valuable sales related information
2. Provide various reports for finance and management purpose
3. Provide sales and order forecast and coordinate to fulfillment
4. Ensure database are accurate and update to support business analysis
5. Develop standardized documents for sales operation purpose
6. Assist the sales managers with the day-to-day requirements and ensure all related to sales are attended timely and pro-active actions are taken.
7. Act as liaison between sales team and cross function team, coordination in team endeavors
8. Any other relevant tasks identified by the supervisor.
Education / Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years’ sales support or business analysis experience in multi-national company
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills
3. Fluent in English
4. Good computer application skills (PPT, excel, word, exc.)
6. Result and detail orientation
7. Strong analytical ability, logical thinking
