CS-iTEC is a recognized manufacturer of industrial measurement instruments. With operations in Germany and China (Shenzhen) we are targeting compressed air applications with our products and services. Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• draft and improve quality assurance policies and procedures

• interpret and implement quality assurance standards, and evaluate the adequacy

• review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

• devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data. And responsible for document management systems

• plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

• Responsible for internal and external audits, and evaluate audit findings that implement appropriate corrective actions

• investigate customer complaints, satisfication and non-conformance issues

• collect and compile statistical quality data, analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

• develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

• identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

• assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 2 years working experience in quality area.

• certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma

  · quality inspection, auditing , testing and corrective action implementation experience

  · product or industry-specific experience

• strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

• knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

• knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

• Good communication (both English & Chinese) and presentation skills

• 负责内,外部的质量体系审核. 及评估审核结果，并实施适当的纠正措施

• 调查客户投诉,满意度和存在的质量问题

• 收集和整理统计质量数据, 并通过数据分析以确定质量体系中需改进的地方

• 制定, 建议和监控纠正和预防措施

• 确定培训需求，组织培训以达成质量标准的要求

• 确保持续的符合质量和行业监管(法规)要求

任职资格

• 机械,电子或相关专业学位.

• 2年以上相关工作经验

• 有以下认证与经验优先:质量审核员，质量工程师，质量改进员，六西格玛

  · 具有品质检查,审核,测试及改善措施执行的经验

  · 具有产品或专业行业经验

• 熟练的电脑应用包括办公软件及数据库

• 具有质量保证相关的知识,工具应用,概念与方法

• 具有监管(法规)要求的认证相关知识背景

• 良好的沟通(中英文)与演示技巧
