职位描述：
KEY ACTIVITIES/ CORE RESPONSIBILITES
? Responsible for the integrity of all financial records in accordance with PRC-GAAP and tax law as well as US-GAAP
? Perform month end / quarter end/year end closing, Prepare monthly financial statements in an accurate and timely manner
? Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place, work with external auditor and also tax consultants.
? Work with Regional Finance team for GL related issues
? Familiar the yearly tax filing process
? Handle the ECR process for export business
? Tax reconciliation
? Work with regional tax team for tax related matters
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
? University degree in Accounting or Finance
? Minimum 8 years’ working experience and at least 5 years’ experience in GL and Tax function
? CPA certification is a plus
? Excellent knowledge of manufacturing accounting
? Good knowledge of Tax
? Solid understanding of PRC local statutory accounting requirements and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, Other misc. tax )for manufacturing plants
? Experience in customs procedures and foreign exchange control regulations (SAFE)
? US-GAAP knowledge
? Experience in ERP systems (JDEdwards E1 preferred)
? Proficiency in Excel
? Understanding of business intelligence tools (Cognos, Discoverer etc.)
? Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
? Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
? Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and managing changing priorities
? Hands-on
? Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
? Possesses strong passion, curiosity, initiative and work ethic
? Strong positive influencing skills, ability to lead the monthly, quarterly, yearly closing and gain consensus from key stakeholders. 举报 分享
