Responsibilities
Strategic plan and optimization of international trade
1. Provide consultation and support for the corporate strategic plan and business operation according to the international trade related regulations, legislations and preferential policies in the Free Trade Zone;
2. Apply for and maintain the corporate credit rating (Customs AA, Integrity Company of Commodity Inspection) by authorities such as Customs and China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ), etc.;
3. Design and optimize the procedures and standards for the customs and trade compliance operations;
4. Keep updated of all customs and trade regulations & Pilot free trade zone related regulations / policies and make sure all operations are in compliance with the regulations;
5. Handle the customs audit, inspection and anti-smuggling investigations, etc.;
6. Provide training for SP and other departments about the customs and trade compliance;
7. Responsible for SP Administration team management, including employee motivation, supervision and training;
Team Management
1. Lead and manage the SP Administration department to assure the activities meet the company’s short and long term business objectives and targets;
2. Team optimization to improve work efficiency;
3. Workout dept. budget & personnel plan and control budget;
Logistics
1. Strategically plan and manage the company’s logistics, including the transportation of regular and dangerous goods;
2. Keep track and analyze of stock levels, shipping costs, and delivery times to ensure high performance for the various supply chain performance indicators;
3. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping;
4. Suppliers management (negotiation, build company reputation at China custom, delivery quality, cost control);
5. Handle customer complaint about logistics service;
Warehouse Management
1. Management of resources across multiple locations and maximize warehouse productivity;
2. Supervise and control inventory according to all kinds of material and products floating status;
3. Workout the storage standard, establish storage management system, continuous analyze and optimize inventory;
4. Manage 3PL in domestic transportation to customers with time efficiency and delivery quality;
5. Recommend purchase of new or improved equipment, such as automated systems, to improve the work efficiency;
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Logistics, Business trade or relevant;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in logistic management and team management in international company;
3. Knowledge of import and export regulations;
4. Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy;
5. Knowledge of the policy of CIQ;
6. Knowledge of CCC parts certificate procedure;
7. Knowledge of spare parts sales;
8. Knowledge of warehouse management;
9. Familiar with ERP system;
10. Profound English and computer application skills;
