职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Organize and manage the whole shift team to achieve the production target in safety and quality, therefor entire production process is stable. The actual production rate can be measured.
2. Solve the current production process problem in time to make sure the whole process is under control, so that the productivity is increased. The downtime rate can be measured.
3.Implement SOE and SOP to fulfill production plan in lower cost, so that manufacture cost keeps down. The machine and labor rate can be measured.
4.Cooperate with other department to analyze the quality issues and take corrective actions to resolve problems, quality system will be good and stable accordingly. The actual PPM can be measured.
5. Support correlative department to deal with new project, succeed in launching accordingly. Must make sure samples can be approved before scheduled due date.
6. On-job training technical staff and operator to perform the excellent job, so that improve the production efficiency continuously. The actual production rate can be measured.
7. Conduct 5S works continuously to establish and keep the outstanding work shop, therefor not only upgrade the company’s level but also enable to reduce needless waste. The actual 5S performance can be measured for each shift.
8. Take immediate and correct actions to resolve problems when any accident ot emergency occur to ensure production running safely and smoothly, Assist to establish preventive system to avoid any potential issues.
Qualifications
1.College degree or above
2.Familiar with production management, 5 years working experience in injection molding field is plus.
3.Be able to establish the shift production system to fulfill the production plan
4.Good English language ability, oral is preferred
5.Office software operation skill is required
