Description of Position / 职务描述
Support BD team business follow up & customer service in BD department.

Key Job Functions / 主要工作职能
？ Assist BD team business follow up & customer service management, customer filing,drawing control, cost analysis & quotation, and other paper works.
？ Assist BD team involve with samples submission and NPI discussing.
？ Process customer orders and key in ERP system, then set up BOM in system, follow up delivery issue
？ Assist BD team to arrange all of customers visiting preparation.
？ Coordinate with engineering & planning & production & purchasing departments to ensure the customer order been processed.
？ Timely reconciling with customers, issue invoice through both 金穗system and ERP system, or issue proforma invoice and prepare custom declaration documents when there is exporting business
？ Assist sales manager with the weekly, monthly sales report and monthly provisional estimation report and do some comparison and analysis
？ Assist our finance department to provide all kinds of records or profs for yearly financial audit
？ Assist BD team to trace of customer payment
？ Record BD team internal meeting minutes
？ Administration work in BD office building
？ Draft e-mails or letters and inform all our customers if there’s holiday close or price adjustment
？ 6S execution works
？ Train new BD coordinators
