职位描述：
Job Responsibility
? Plan, develop and organize learning and development programs related to leadership, functional and technical competencies as well as organizational effectiveness
? Drive and promote learning culture within the organization through effective tools and activities to have it deeply rooted into people’s mind.
? Keeps partnership with functional heads for learning and development initiatives.
? Align overall learning and development approach to Global L&D team, localize global programs to meet needs of China staff.
? Manage the training budget and effectively leverage the internal and external training resources when make sure meeting the needs.
?Search resources to identify course objectives and contents, and select the most effective supplier based on business needs
? Track and analyze learning and development metrics to measuring results, determine root cause of problems and develop and execute action plans to address problem areas.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree above with more than 8 years of work experience in HR field, minimum 3 years for specific training and relevant people development experience
? Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and training skills
? Computer competency, proficient in PPT.
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Chinese and English,
? Good project management skills, leadership skills and coaching skills
