职位描述：

Responsibilities

1.Manage and develop Application Engineers, Associates and Developers.

2.Manage IT technical teams doing Systems Development, Application design, database design, programming, integration, testing, implementation and support.

3.Assist to define, implement and regularly improve change management standard procedures and controls for ship and shore based applications systems.

4.Complete development lifecycle of systems and applications including gathering requirements, database management, programming, testing, implementation and support.

5.Develop and implement change control processes for the development team to follow.

6.Assist to define, implement and regularly improve systems development lifecycle procedure.

7.Recognize and take action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedures.

8.A project leader/team leader in appointed / undertaking project(s).

9.Provide Weekly/Monthly status report on work progress

10.To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

1. Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 5 years work experiences in similar capacity

Experience

1.At least 5 years of work experiences, preferably in the Hospitality, Casino or Cruise Ship industry.

2.At least 5 years of work experience of application development including, system and database analysis and design, programming, testing, integration, implementation and support.

3.Working experience with current technologies for web and mobile application development.

Technical Skills

1.Knowledgeable in any of the following technologies:

Support skills requirement

C/C++, C#.NET, Net, SQL, HTML, WCF, Android Studio,

Xcode or similar technologies for mobile apps development.

SQL reporting services.

Application Development Skills requirement

.net (ASP, c#, vb.net), Java, AJAX

Central Reservation System Skills, Online Booking, Mobile Apps,

API/XML/Web services, Payment Gateway integrations

2.General Skills

Database - Oracle, DB2, SAP, MSSQL

Environment – UNIX, Linux, Windows

Applications – CRM, SAP/ERP, Fidelio, Micros (POS), Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence.

Soft Skills

1.Project and people management skills.

2.Strong change control and SDLC orientation.

3.Strong analytical skill in process definition; and able to lead & collaborate with team members.

4.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

5.Customer and result oriented.
