· Analyze production status and qc follow up in order to schedule QC for pp meeting and in line inspection
· In charge of the factories/subcontractors and QCs training job
· Teach and train new supplier low cost / low quality to get our standard quality.
Good collaboration and team work;
Good commands of English and Chinese in both written and spoken;
Good Analytical and Problem solving skill
Strong communication and influencing skill
Proactive and independent
Willing to travel oversea.
