职位描述：

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for conducting of the various product testing programs in a supportive and inspirational environment which will be conducive in aiding designers, engineers and others on product development teams and that will provide pertinent, appropriate information to aid product development.

- Responsible for test recording, video clip editing, and to aid product development from the concept through the finished product stages.

- Responsible for implementation of the In-Home Testing program to maintain a consistent follow-up on products.

- Responsible for arranging and conducting of discussion/focus groups with parents to gather product development information.

- Responsible for planning and implementing of informational presentations for assigned product teams regarding developmental stages of children, including visits to children programs, filming children in their natural environment at home for review, as well as researching and providing appropriate printed reference materials.

- Responsible for providing test reports after conducting a product test.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree (or above) in English, Early Childhood Education (Development) preferred, or related field.

- Teacher certification preferred

- At least 2 years’ experience of teaching/working with young children.

- Experience of teaching/working with 0-3 years old children preferred

- Excellent English written skills.

- Good rapport with children, as well as keen observation skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and ability to function in a team environment.

- Good research and analytical skills.

- Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
