职位描述：
Job descriptions:
1, Negotiate with factories to get best quotation and work out Quotation List;
2, Finalize Purchase Orders with Australia Sales regarding price, packing, designs; etc. all details;
3, Checking and comment all samples(pre-production samples, mass production samples, any other samples) and assist Australia office to develop new products;
4, Follow up order status tightly and ensure goods are delivered on time together with Shipping Team;
5, Sourcing new factories as per Australia office’s requirement;
职位描述：
1， 与工厂对接，谈判并协商得到最好报价，并制作报价表；
2， 协助澳洲销售人员完善订单细节，如价格，交期，包装方式，设计等；
3， 检查所以样品质量问题，协助澳洲总部开发新产品；
4， 跟进订单进度，配合船务部确保货物按时出货；
5， 根据澳洲总部的要求寻求新的供应商。
Job Requirements:
1, Familiar with exporting process and minimal 3 years work experience in merchandising， Kitchenware experience will be preferred;
2, Good communication skills, out-going;
3, Basic computer skills are required, MS office, etc. are required;
4, Very good written and spoken English, English is the work language, and need to do test;
5, Must have strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
职位要求：
1， 3年以上外贸业务跟单经验，熟悉外贸操作流程, 有厨房用品经验者会优先考虑；
2， 良好的沟通能力，谈判能力，性格开朗外向；
3， 基本的电脑操作技能， 熟悉word, excel 等表格制作；
4， 英文能力扎实，书面良好，英文是工作语言，口语需通过测试；
5， 具备的责任感和团队协作精神；
