职位描述：
Lead sourcing projects in assigned commodity, electronic components (active/passive, spot buy support), PCB, PCBA, cable assembly, optics.
Obtain quotes, samples for component parts, based on prints, samples, and specifications provided by the requester; provide drawings and spec interpretation.
Organize, analyzes, and present quotations to requesters.
Manage supplier to make ensure sample are on time and related documents can meet company’s requirement; drive sample approval.
Conduct plant survey/audit on manufacturing capability, capacity, product assessment, financial stability.
Provide sourcing / negotiation support of Asian sources for Excelitas sites
Provide support in expediting project progress and implementation.
Provide data analysis on assigned commodity.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Competencies required:
Minimum 5 years experience in different kinds of commodity sourcing and LTA experience in multinational manufacturing company;
Bachelor degree with major in Engineering, Business or related discipline
Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint
Must be an energetic self-starter, focused on completing tasks without close supervision
Demonstrate success in problem solving, as well as product and process analysis
Excellent communication skill and good team player
Strong negotiation skill
Well understanding process of material qualification and supplier audit
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
Experience in Optoelectronic and Optics industry is preferred 举报 分享
