Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

1.Supplier Management

? Supports the implementation of the Global Supplier Management (GSM), collects feedback from users, and offers user experience to continuously improve the functions and performance.

? Supports daily operation of the customer service via mails and phone calls from on-boarding, to supplier agreement compliance, PLI approval, financial due diligence, system applications, and post-shipment enquiries and claim management.

? Coordinates Supplier Agreement, solve supplier enquiries/issues, facilitate efficient communication between Sourcing team, suppliers, and other business partners

? Maintains the effectiveness of the supplier services throughout the direct import process.

? Monitors the performance against the key metrics.

? Supports “change management” programs to ensure positive change is adopted by all business partners and stakeholders (e.g. Sourcing partners, import suppliers and counterpart in retail markets).

? Provides support to DSG on supplier on-boarding and claim management

? Maintains supplier database, ensure the supplier contact details are correct and up to date

? Maintains the consistency of data storage, data records, and its reliability.

2.Supplier Compliance

? Supports to drive the consistency of data storage, data records, and reliability.

? Supports sourcing teams to mitigate business risk associated with suppliers’ financial background, product liability insurance adherence and compliance with policies

? Supports to implement any global strategies, and processes that support the business needs and drive compliance.

3.Others

? Ensures our services are compliance with standard operating procedures

? Supports to drive continuous service improvements for all retail markets

? Prepares and provides accurate reporting on key metrics

? Drives effective communication to ensure messages are clearly delivered to related parties

? Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

? Knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage

? Knowledge and use of Retail Link, Global Sourcing System applications is definitely an asset

? Good command of English & Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage

? Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and e-mail

? High level of personal & business integrity

? Detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill

? Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and attention to detail

? Able to build ownership and teamwork

? Demonstrated ability to identify and understand problems and to determine the appropriate measures to take to solve those problems

? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

? High sense of urgency and responsibility
